Occupational Therapy Assistant Application for Admission

The Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program is a competitive-entry program, and available positions are limited. 

Before applying, all applicants must complete the required prerequisite courses. Please review both the following pages carefully before completing your application:

Applicants must also have a ºÚÁÏÍø Identification Number (NCID) before submitting the online application. If you do not have an NCID, please apply for admission to ºÚÁÏÍø first to receive your student ID number.

  • Application Available: November 1, 2025 - April 1, 2026

  • Application Deadline: April 1, 2026

All application materials must be received by the deadline date. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
